TLDR:
I just created a new document on Web3 brand loyalty called: Revitalising Brand Loyalty - Innovative Strategies from Leading Brands using Web3 Technology
It is freely available at loyalty-pdf.tokenpage.xyz. I’m still working on improving it so if you grab a copy from the site you’ll get the latest version.
Collecty is a concept for our own new product that levels up ecommerce loyalty by leveraging Web3 and AI.
Last week I created a free resource on loyalty strategies that leverage Web3 technlogy that takes a look at some leading brands including the likes of Adidas and Starbucks.
Considering I spent a reasonable amount of time creating this new resource I thought it made sense to discuss it briefly today.
Revitalising Brand Loyalty
Recently we’ve been working on a new product idea that leverages NFTs within ecommerce loyalty programs and so I’ve been researching the field.
Based on this research I decided to write a bit about the loyalty schemes that leverage Web3 and discuss their key components and advantages, as I thought it would be a useful resource for others to learn from. The resulting document is called:
Revitalising Brand Loyalty
Innovative Strategies from Leading Brands using Web3 Technology
There’s not much point for me to repeat exactly what is in the document here as you can just get it yourself for free, but I will give a bit of an overview.
Firstly, I structured this document with the following sections:
Introduction
The Evolution of Loyalty Programs
Web3 Loyalty Programs: An Overview
Key Components
Real World Implementations
Comparative Analysis: Web3 vs Traditional Loyalty Programs
Future Outlook: Trends and Predictions
Conclusion
As you can probably gather from the headings, I go through a bit of an overview of loyalty programs and then quickly dive into the main elements of Web3 enabled loyalty and give some real world examples of where it has been implemented.
I touch on several examples of high profile brands like Starbucks, Adidas, Reddit and Clinique who’ve all dabbled with their own NFT based loyalty solutions.
The speed with which big brands are testing out new NFT based ideas is quite remarkable, and most have had great results with consumers taking to it quite quickly when the user-experience is good.
And quite honestly I think in the not-so-distant future Web3 based loyalty will completely overthrow Web2 loyalty because of the sense of ownership that digital assets give you, which is something I’ve already covered in a previous post - Web3 Supercharges Brands through Ownership.
Where to find it!
This new free resource I created can be found at loyalty-pdf.tokenpage.xyz.
For anyone interested it’s real quick and easy to get hold of, just fill in the form and you will be sent an email with the latest version of the document.
I am still working on improving the document further so having a web page means I can update it in the background and when you jump on the site you’ll always get hold of the latest version.
Collecty
As you browse the website and free resource you may see the name “Collecty” being thrown around and wonder what it is, after all our company is called Token Page!
Well Collecty is a new product idea I’ve been working on that aims to bridge the gap between Web3 based loyalty programs and ecommerce stores.
Ecommerce loyalty programs tend to focus on increasing growth, retention and life-time-value of their customers, and Collecty essentially looks to do exactly this by levelling up the current standard of loyalty through leveraging Web3 and AI.
You can find the current website and landing page at getcollecty.com.
The video below gives the rough idea of our current concept.
Take note though that it’s still work in progress and subject to change as we speak with more ecom store owners to find out exactly what they want.
Collecty will get its own full blog post here in the future if the product takes off. But for now it suffices to say that it is a new product we’re working on and hence why it encapsulates the brand in which this free resource sits under.
And that’s it for this week. I hope anyone who’s not really delved into Web3 loyalty yet will take a look at the free document and get a lot of value from it!
